Sarah Holden, is a botanist, herbalist and cannabis wellness advocate with a deep love of plants. She holds a herbal certificate from Green Path Herb School in Missoula, MT. Mrs. Holden graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of MT in 2001. Sarah has studied clinical herbalism and makes use of plants whose traditional uses are supported by modern scientific research and clinical trials. Her focus is on foundational health and wellness. Working with clients to support them through foundational changes within their mind, body and home. She blends her knowledge of traditional uses of plants with modern science and contemporary healthcare strategies. Her clinical practice focuses on wellness, nutrition, pain management, and women’s health. Aromatherapy has become and integral part of her practice and she enjoys usong essential oils in protocols for emotions and pain. Sarah delights in the concept of using our herbal medicines as foods and is constantly exploring the creative and delicious ways we can integrate herbs and essential oils into our lives. Currently Mrs. Holden is part of the faculty at GreenPath Herb School, where she teaches the Botany curriculum. She is an active board member for the Montana Herb Gathering and enjoys hiking and gardening. Sarah also teaches a variety of classes focusing on herbs, essential oils, alkalized water and cannabis and overall health. Sarah has worked as a horticulturist, and a plant scientist for local, state and even federal governments. When she is not helping the community with their health, she is hiking, skiing and scuba diving with her family.
